For thousands of years, yoga in Kashi was taught one-to-one, on the banks of the Ganges, from teacher to seeker. No crowded studios, no choreographed performances - just breath, body, and presence.

We carry that tradition into the modern home. Every class is shaped around your body, your goals, and your stage of life. Whether you join us in your living room in Varanasi or over a live video call from Delhi, you receive the same focused attention - corrected posture, customized sequencing, and breath work that fits your day.

I'm your guru on the mat.

My journey began on the banks of the Ganges as a young student at Banaras Hindu University. What started as a personal practice to find calm amid student life became a lifelong calling - and a Master's degree in Yogacharya from one of India's few institutions offering formal academic credentials in yoga.

Five years, hundreds of students later, I still believe the same thing: yoga is for every body, taught one breath at a time.
