A decade of devotion to yoga, rooted in the sacred soil of Kashi.
My journey with yoga began on the banks of the Ganges as a young student at Banaras Hindu University. What started as a personal practice to find calm amid the chaos of student life became a lifelong calling.
I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at a renowned ashram in Rishikesh, studying under masters of both Hatha and Vinyasa traditions. Over the past decade, I've guided hundreds of students โ from curious beginners to advanced practitioners โ through transformative yoga experiences.
Today, I offer personalized in-home classes across Varanasi's neighborhoods and live online sessions for students across India. Whether you're seeking physical fitness, mental clarity, or spiritual growth, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

"Varanasi is not just a city โ it is a living, breathing mantra. When you practice yoga here, you don't just move your body; you align with thousands of years of seekers who walked these same ghats in pursuit of truth."
My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is for every body. I blend the discipline of traditional Hatha yoga with the flowing grace of Vinyasa, weaving in pranayama (breath work) and dhyana (meditation) to create a holistic practice. Every session begins with intention-setting and ends with deep Shavasana โ because true transformation happens not in the stretch, but in the stillness that follows.
